Please read these terms carefully before using our services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Prime Home Host website, making a reservation, or staying at our property, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Prime Home Host reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Booking and Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability. To confirm a booking, guests must provide accurate personal information including full name, contact details, and payment information.
Prime Home Host reserves the right to refuse any booking at our discretion. Provisional bookings will be held for 48 hours pending payment of deposit or full amount as specified.
For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, special terms and conditions apply. Please contact our reservations team directly at 7989212711 for group bookings.
3. Payment Terms
All room rates are quoted in USD ($) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes as per government regulations.
Payment can be made via:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Debit Card
- Bank Transfer
- Cash (at the property)
- UPI / Digital Wallets
A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in: No refund
- No-shows: 100% of booking amount will be charged
Peak Season Cancellation (December 20 – January 10):
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in: No refund

5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in Time: 2:00 PM (14:00 hours)
Check-out Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges:
- Early check-in (before 10:00 AM): 50% of daily room rate
- Late check-out (until 6:00 PM): 50% of daily room rate
- Late check-out (after 6:00 PM): Full daily room rate
Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all guests at check-in. International guests must present a valid passport and visa.
6. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Any behavior that causes disturbance, harassment, or discomfort to others may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Prohibited activities within the hotel premises include:
- Smoking inside rooms (designated smoking areas are available)
- Bringing outside food into the restaurant area
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Excessive noise after 10:00 PM
- Pets (except service animals with proper documentation)
- Damaging hotel property (costs will be charged to the guest)
Prime Home Host reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest violating these policies.
7. Liability
Prime Home Host shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property except where caused by our negligence. We strongly recommend guests obtain travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and loss of personal belongings.
We are not responsible for:
- Loss or theft of valuables (safety deposit boxes available at reception)
- Delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
- Medical expenses incurred during your stay
- Issues with third-party services (tours, transportation, etc.)
Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the guest’s room reservation.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By making a reservation, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications
Prime Home Host reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
For existing bookings, the terms in effect at the time of booking will apply.
